Who is your friend? Jules
Tell us a little bit about your friendship: 1996, college. My favorite things about Jules are her incredibly sharp mind and wit -- she can make me laugh harder than anyone else on earth.
What handmade delights did you choose for Jules?
This is a blinged out Red Sox hat. I really want it to be pink, but they don't have one in stock right now. Jules is the only person I know who I think could rock a Swarovski encrusted ballcap-- it kind of sums up her amazing fanciness and casualness at the same time. Jules is a native Bay Stater and hardcore Red Sox fan, and I know she'd love this.

Jules is a Scrabble fanatic; we live about 1500 miles apart, so we play a lot of Lexulous/Scrabble online. She's a much better player than I am, and I'd buy her these lower case tiles because I think they're really cute, but they might throw her game off just enough for me to squeeze in a win the next time we play in person. We met when we were both students at the University of Cincinnati-- but OSU stole Jules away. A die hard Buckeye, I think she'd appreciate this collage.
This might be one of the cutest things I have ever seen in my life. This sailboat ring is amazing -- I could make something like that if I had a silversmith to team up with. Jules grew up on the ocean. I like this sailboat ring too.
This is a no brainer-- it's just incredibly cute. I already told you that Jules is a Bay Stater, and I think this would look charming around her neck.
Yes, this is Scalia. Jules is in law school, and lately she's had a Scalia quote as her email signature. How could I resist? The best part of this is that it occurred to me to search "Scalia" on Etsy. :)
Thanks, Bee!
